Overthinking and Consciousness

Many ideas were revolving inside my mind recently . And suddenly when I snapped out of it I was blank . It is not a stoner's story . Just a person with overthinking as an issue . But it may at times not be the issue if we focus solely on the meagre advantages it produces . Overthinkers are the most creative people as the studies show . They have such creative ideas that it can overwhelm the entire businesses set up by the sane people of world . Also , they are very much probable about their future . They picturise every instance of the future they would do to enhance their personalities as they think others would like . They mostly tend to do all these activities subconsciously . They are also a great perfectionist . They want to do every thing with perfection . Such an amazing personality as many people would say . 
But the problem is not in their ideas but in their implementation . Overthinkers are also part of that introvert population who mostly tend to live in the world of illusion . As Alan Watts stated " Overthinkers through excessive thinking have lost touch with reality " , they form certain rules that bare them from the consciousness . It's like a person who has never done any psychedelics but by the excessive brain exhaustion he is already in a world of illusion . They live the way they think in their minds and eventually become a craver of positive thoughts . 
Everyone is tensed nowadays . With the rapid development and ease in touch to the humankind , we have become more and more tensed . If you look back into the past when there were less facilities either medical or recreational , we were less occupied by mental illness. We were busy in life ! Never got any chance to get those extra worthless thoughts . But as the technology advanced , we got more leisure and more time to overthink . Even at the current situation , most of you , would be suffering from it . Thinking is not the problem , it is at the bright side of your brain activity . The problem arises when those ideas begin to control you . There is a small part of The Castle Test in psychology. Let's try its one part . Just a checkup .
Imagine that you are in a castle . There is a room in front of you . You enter that room and see a window in front of you . Imagine the size of that window , if it is small , medium or large. You have 30 seconds to fully picturise it . Now, turn to the answers.
If you thought that it is small , then you are most probably in a confusing state in yourself . You feel like trapped and depressed . 
And if you have a medium one , then you think your life is normal .
While for the large one , it symbolises your free mind and zero stress just like a free bird . 
Now when you know the answer you are in overthinking again if you chose the small window and feel entitled if you chose the large one . These tests are basically deductions as the whole psychology is . So , no need to tense yourselves . But now you are aware of you ideas , your thoughts more precisely .
So , how to come out from it , that overthinking situation and grab back our consciousness . 
It is easy but in words as the way it goes . You need to relax your mind which is already at 100 Horsepower since a long time. Some would prefer Meditation which is also a good way while the others would go on for travelling experience or physical fitness .I would not say it is the best like the others but it is much acceptable and long lasting to talk to someone who is a good friend , family member or teacher at times . Even introverts who are casted aside by themselves have someone close to them , who knows them and accepts them . Get in their contact and say everything that you are facing . They will surely help you out to feel more calm . Get in conversations with them and see how time flies by . You may also try petting a dog or cat as pets are a good way to be busy , loved and feel content in life. Spend time with your parents , help them out in the daily chores . You just don't need to remain idle . Inculcate a new hobby , talk to people ! You may try omegle , studystream or clubhouse site (just for fun ). They will introduce you to the fruitful world that you find so barren to you . Final Goal : Bunny in YJHD and say it loudly to every part of that carbon body "Main udna chahta hun, daudna chahta hun. Girna bhi chahta hun. Bas, rukna nahi chahta.” Just keep moving towards the ultimate consciousness and learning .
